Ski resort Poiana Brașov

Das Skigebiet Poiana Brașov befindet sich in der Region Brașov, 2,5 Autostunden vom Flughafen Bukarest entfernt und ist eines der beliebtesten Skigebiete des Landes.
Zum Skifahren und Snowboarden stehen 13,7 km Pisten und 5 km Skirouten zur Verfügung. 10 Lifte transportieren die Gäste. Das Wintersportgebiet liegt zwischen 941 und 1.783 m Höhe.
45% der Pisten sind leicht, 35% schwierig und der Rest für mäßiges Skifahren.
Die Skisaison beginnt Anfang Dezember und dauert bis Anfang April.
In der Nähe befindet sich das berühmte Schloss Dracula (Kleie) aus dem Jahr 1377, eine der wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen Rumäniens.
